From Ultimate Media Collector (UMC) - Wiki

Preparation

In this step by step instruction we assume that the movies and series are on the internal harddisk of the NMT and the UMC-frontend also will be started there. (Later we describe how to use the frontend on a webserver.)
First we have to make a network connection to the NMT.

Map Network Drive: (Enter IP-address of the NMT and the default share "share")

Click "different user name" and type under User name: nmt - Password: 1234 :

The connected "share" should look like this:

In this connected "share" is a folder named "Video" in which are all the movies and series.

We also created an empty folder called "UMC" where later the frontend is put in.
