From Ultimate Media Collector (UMC) - Wiki

The skin UMC_SD_PAL is a version of the original UMC (HD) skin that has been changed for use on standard resolution (SD) TVs (e.g. für CRT-TVs). Please note that this skin is prepared for PAL TVs, not for NTSC TVs. It is possible that the lower part of some pages is not visible when you use this skin on NTSC TVs.

It is not planned to add more functions than the original UMC (HD) skin makes availabe. When there are any changes to the original UMC (HD) skin then I will try to include these changes to the UMC_SD_PAL skin.
