Example with Windows XP!

1. Download and install Xampp
Download the installer from this website.
http://www.apachefriends.org/de/xampp-windows.html#628
and start the exe-file.

To start Control Panel click "Yes"!

2. Go to the folder „C:\xampp\php“ and open the „php.ini“ with the notepad.

Now search for „extension=php_pdo_sqlite.dll“ and remove the comment character ";" at beginning of the line!

Save and exit!

3. Start Apache!

Check "Svc - Apache" and click OK:

Now click on button "Start" near "Apache".

4. After click on button "Admin" the browser should start and all should be working!

5. At the end you have to create the directory called "UMC" (for the UMC-frontend) within „C:\xampp\htdocs“ - READY!
